As a budget traveler, I loved the helpful and friendly staff, especially Miguel. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even driving us into town and helping us buy some beers. the family running the guesthouse was also fantastic, providing extra care and making us feel like part of their family. Alina and her daughter were incredibly kind, picking me up from the bus terminal, driving me around for errands, and even throwing a surprise birthday party for me. the guesthouse itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with secure parking, a nice swimming pool, and access to a fully-equipped kitchen. the location in Coacoyul was perfect for us, away from the crowded beach town of Zihuatanejo but still within easy reach. We also appreciated the excellent English communication from Alina, Miguel, and their eldest daughter, as well as the cleaning lady, Gracia.
